I was also fatty as…..i do not know to what to compare,but when i passed 294pounds(!) i decided to take of at the least 100 pounds-i managed to take 109 of -briefly time, but i payed with despair and a number of other well being problems(tachycardia was upsetting!),it doesn’t matter what problems one might have when fat, it will probably get worse with out proper strategy, proved components,drugs, and sensible aim , these are major ingredient’s for long term fat loss
