Soak about 7 almonds in water overnight and in the morning removes the skin and grind it, to this add 2 tsp of butter and 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well. Boil tulsi leaves and extracts the decoction by just adding one clove and salt also relieves influenza.  Boiled water with tulsi leaves can be taken directly if you have a sore throat. By gargling, Tulsi water can also help you by giving you a soothing effect.

5. Turmeric

Turmeric is one of the best home remedies for a dry cough it is antiseptic in nature and has an ability to destroy all the germs causing cough. Just take a glass of water add 2 Tsp of turmeric powder, mix it well and consume it. To get rid of dry cough use this remedy 3-4 times a day.
