Nice discussion. Therapy is good but it will be better if you take curcumin extract capsules instead of therapy because these capsules have magical abilities to cure Asthma.Scientists have approved these capsules and are used widely all over the world.

Chlorine in swimming pools is seriously bad for asthmatics, especially if pool is heavily used, poorly ventilated and indoors. Very few pools offer UV or Ozone or other alternative treatments. It's worth seeking out these & where possible swim out of doors.
Avoid spa pools and jacuzzis, they are overheated and full of chemicals. This is my experience over 40 years. New pools are still using chlorine; very shortsighted

That is so true. I've had asthma since I was 13, and have always had to have my inhaler closer by in case I start wheezing. I've even had to get a nebulizer (I think that's how you spell it) when I have worsened symptoms. One thing I've added to my daily regimine that has helped tremendously is Oasis nasal spray. It has helped calm by allergies. By calming my allergies, it has helped my asthma too! I love it because it's all-natural, and isn't addictive. I even give it to my 8 year old; it's safe for kids too. Hope others can find relief with Oasis too!

Please help me......I was stung by a large red wasp in northeast georgia where I live. Immediately I started getting hives, swollen tongue and difficulty breathing. If I get stung again, it could be worse. I heard that if you eat local honey you can desentisize your body to beestings. Is this true? Is there a certain amount to eat? How long would it take? Please answer me soon. Treisa
