I made a milk shake the other day Containing Skippy peanut butter and Silk soy milk and later that day, i had shortness of breath and felt like i had asthma... and i don't have asthma! :)

I think that maybe the mixture just doesn't work together well (in my body) since peanut butter has highly processed / Genetically Modified oils [partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (cottonseed, Soybean, and rapeseed) and Soy milk (soybean) itself is thought by some to be Genetically modified also. It seems that combining genetically modified foods can make you sick, if not... the One; genetically modified food is not already doing that (slowly) but surely! Some argue that soy milk is great for you, but ever since i started drinking it i've been having (out of the blue) new health problems (skin conditions, asthma symtoms exc). On web md, their soy allergy list is all the problems i been having. If soy causes problems in any human, even one, than it shouldn't be on the market (because that number will expand) in my opinion.
